  2. In Gmail, open your settings and look for the Signature section.
  3. Create a new signature and paste into the box with Ctrl+V (Cmd+V on a Mac).

Menu names change between versions and apps, so if you cannot find it, search your email app's help for "signature". Some apps ask for raw HTML instead: use Copy HTML code there. Send a test email to yourself to check how it looks.

Keeping it safe and readable

  • Every value you type is escaped before it goes into the HTML, and only http(s), mailto and tel links are created. Anything else is dropped.
  • Logos must use https and must be hosted by you. We do not host or upload images, and a broken image address means a missing logo.
  • Keep it short: name, role, one phone number and your website cover most needs.

Frequently asked questions

Why is the signature built from tables?
Email apps strip or ignore most modern web styling. Tables with inline styles are the layout that survives in Gmail, Outlook and phone mail apps, so your signature looks the same for the people who receive your estimates and invoices.
How do I add my logo without uploading it here?
This tool never uploads anything. A logo in a signature is a link to an image already on the internet, so host it yourself, for example on your website, and paste its full address starting with https://. If that address stops working, the logo disappears.
Why does my logo not show for some customers?
Some email apps hide images until the reader allows them, and some block images from unknown senders. The signature still reads well without the logo. Send a test to yourself and to a second address to see how it looks.
Is anything saved or uploaded?
No. The signature is built in your browser from what you type. Nothing is sent to a server or stored, so your phone number and details stay on your device until you paste them into your email app.
