The service
DIPAZE Websites (“we”) builds and hosts a website for your business. The preview is free and without obligation.
Plan and billing
The plan costs $25 per month, charged to your card through Stripe at the start of each monthly period until you cancel. It includes your website, hosting and a domain name.
Cancellation
You can cancel anytime. After you cancel, billing stops and your website stays online until the end of the period you already paid for, then it goes offline. Payments already made are not refunded for partial periods unless the law says otherwise.
Your content
You own your logo, text and photos. You give us permission to use them to build, host and display your website. You promise that you have the right to use what you send us.
Domains
If we register a domain for you as part of the plan, it is used for your website while your plan is active. If you use your own domain, you keep it with your registrar and point its DNS to your website. If you cancel, we transfer a domain we registered for you to you at no charge (registry rules can require waiting 60 days after a new registration or transfer before it can move). Email on your domain isn't included in the plan.
No guarantees
We do not promise search rankings, traffic or a number of customers. The service is provided “as is”, and our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 3 months, to the extent the law allows.
Acceptable use
You may not use the website for anything illegal or misleading. We may suspend a website that breaks this rule.
Changes
We may update these terms and will post the new version on this page.
